How Local Pickup Works

Follow these steps when online ordering and local pickup are available for your products.

Place Your Order

Add eligible products to your cart and complete checkout. Choose Local Pickup if it appears as an available fulfillment option.

Check Your Confirmation

Review the order confirmation and make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

Wait for “Ready”

An order confirmation means we received the order. It does not mean the order is ready. Wait for Bella Terra’s ready-for-pickup notice.

Plan Your Trip

Follow the pickup instructions and confirmed window in your ready notice. Store and holiday hours may change.

Bring Order Details

Have your order number and a matching photo ID available. If someone else is collecting it, contact us first.

Check Your Order

Review the order before leaving and let our team know immediately if something appears incorrect.

Questions Before You Make the Trip

How will I know when my order is ready?

Bella Terra will send a ready-for-pickup notice using the contact information supplied with the order. The first order confirmation only confirms that the order was received.

How long does pickup preparation take?

Preparation time depends on the items, current workload, inventory verification, and store schedule. Do not assume same-day pickup unless Bella Terra specifically confirms it.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Contact the Garden Center before pickup so the team can explain what authorization and identification are required for your order.

What if an item is unavailable after I order?

Plant and seasonal inventory can change quickly. If an item cannot be fulfilled, Bella Terra will contact you about the order and the available options before pickup.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact the Garden Center as soon as possible. Whether a change or cancellation can be made depends on the order’s status, items, and applicable terms.

How long will Bella Terra hold my completed order?

Follow the pickup deadline in your ready notice. If you cannot arrive within that period, contact us immediately. Product holds and restocking terms may apply depending on the items and order.

Can I switch my pickup order to delivery?

Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations, but it is not automatic. Review our Delivery Information and contact us to confirm availability, fees, and scheduling.

Will Bella Terra load my vehicle?

Loading assistance may be available, but customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and appropriate protection or tie-downs. Contact us in advance about oversized, heavy, or messy materials.
